The Burj Vista also known as The Grand Boulevard Tower is a twin-tower skyscraper complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates consisting of a 66-story tower and 20-story tower. Both towers are residential and consist of 520 and 120 apartments respectively. It was designed by Adrian Smith, who also designed Burj Khalifa.
Burj Vista Tower 1 is 65 storeys high, and Tower 2 is 20 storeys.
Burj Vista houses 520 luxury apartments in Tower 1 and 120 Tower 2. The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments have large terraces providing unparalleled views of Burj Khalifa and the surrounding Downtown area.
The front terraces form a staggered honeycomb pattern that wraps around the building.
The most eminent feature of these towers is its opera-shaped spacious terraces around the building, which are designed in a flawless honeycomb pattern, offering unrivalled views of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. The construction on this project began a few years ago. While testing and commission phases are complete, customer home orientation and moving-in phases are still in progress.
Amenities include a gymn, children’s play areas, multimedia hall, business centre, a swimming pool and kid’s pool, badminton and basketball half-court and relaxing landscaped areas.
